Morono was out on his feet for the entire third round. I’m amazed he didn’t go down.
Morono fights so awkward, it was hard for Buckley to land clean for the first two. Buckley cracked Morono hard once in the 3rd and it was done
I agree with that last round being a 10-8

Buckley at 170 is such a ball of muscle. He looks really good and could definitely be a 15-10 guy imo
Good win for Buckley but Marono is insanely tough. Didn’t give up even when he was hurt bad.

Buckley looked amazing, welterweight is where he belongs no doubt
Was a little wild at times, but Buckley’s gas tank and movement looked incredible.

Much better performance than usual from Buckley, no ? Didn’t gas out, mixed up punches to the body and head + kicks nicely, cool head movement.
Morono just can’t not get absolutely whooped by better athletes. I admire what he’s managed to accomplish in spite of his terrible athleticism but he’ll always hit a wall

I thought Buckley would be the exact type of fighter Morono would manage to outlast and overwhelm as the fight went on. Guess not, big disparity throuhg the whole fight
I think Buckley broke Morono’s jaw in the third.
Weirdly felt like the biggest gap between them was just their athleticism. Not really anything technical or anything. But I’d love to see Buckley have some success at WW, this should put him in the low rankings.

There’s something I really like about Buckley, like the way he moves and has that high guard, then he dips a lot, its just very satisfying to watch.
Because of how low he gets, I think if he worked really hard at wrestling and added it, he would be a world beater. Like remove the stupid spinning shit, add wrestling. Probably champ material.
