    Tusch got kicked in the pills so hard he starts vomiting in the ring for more than five minutes. The he agrees to fight and gets absolutely merked.

  10. At UFC102 Gabriel Gonzaga kicked Chris Tuchsherer in the balls so hard that Tuchsherer was lying on the mat dry heaving. It sounded like an axe hitting a watermelon. Even Brock Lesnar looked unsettled.

    Yan’s knee in Sterling was pretty rough and uncalled for as he held him on the ground for several whole seconds.

  24. One could argue that DC eye poking Stipe directly leds to the KO in their first fight. If I remember right, Stipe’s layoff between their first two fights was so long because he had to get eye surgery and glasses.

  28. Haven’t seen it mentioned but Ben Rothwell Vs Stefan Struve there was like 3 nut shots and he agreed to fight when big Dan encouraged him, got stopped in the end.

  33. Most egregious foul I can think of it Chad Mendes getting in deep on a takedown against Aldo, and Aldo 5 finger fucking the cage, Chad pulls him off the cage and it’s just Aldo’s hand gripping the cage with his arm full extended, both feet well off the ground.

    Another good one is the Leech trying to scoop out Jake Matthews eyeballs while he was getting choked

  41. In Pride, Ninja Rua kneed Aleksander Otsuka hard enough in the crotch that it broke his cup. Otsuka was down for several minutes, and ended up having to be stretchered out. Due to an overabundance of budo spirit, Otsuka proceeded to fight Ninja again later that same night, and got absolutely fucked up.

Maybe not worst ever but one of the weirdest ones was Travis Browne repeatedly kicking Stephen Struve in the nuts, getting two points reduced, but winning the fight via TKO because Big Tan Dan came over and offered unsolicited advice to Struve. Struve clearly should have taken all 5 minutes to recover but got up on wobbly legs and got beat down by a frantic Browne who knew he was down on points.

  45. i dunno about the worst but the funniest in my opinion is when nate diaz was putting marcus davis to sleep in a guillotine and davis put a couple short ones on diaz’s sack in a last ditch effort to escape.

    edit: i just remembered yoel romero’s dick punch that dropped brunson haha that one was great too, especially the way he laughs about it afterwards, no mercy.
