Aspen should have moved up to 145 a while ago. The road to getting smashed by Amanda is much shorter than at 135.
UFC bringing her in would be a win win. Even if she loses you at least get a big fight with Amanda, and if she wins she can carry that “division”. There’s really no reason not to do it (outside of UFC being cheap).
Then again she is almost done with her PFL deal and probably just trying to drum up interest. We have no idea who is interested in her.

This means nothing. It’s no secret that Kayla wants to be in the UFC eventually. She mentioned it in that awkward video with Cejudo and Khabib a long time back. She also forced herself to cut to 145 last year, just to test herself out.
Honestly BC on Morning Kombat said 135-155 should be just like heavyweight where it’s more of an open field. That is the type of shit that needs to happen, fucking open that motherfucker up. PFL having Kayla fight in 155 division was legit so stupid

Yeah, but what happens if Amanda just runs over her? Back to square one for the division. Personally, I’d rather see her against an aging, but still dangerous Cris Cyborg first, and then make the jump to the UFC.

Amanda seems like she is winding down her career, this would be the last feather in her cap.
Amanda is the GOAT, but I wouldn’t mind her retiring soon. It’s selfish but she’s essentially killed the competition for the title in two weight classes. She’d probably just smash Kayla and we’d be in the same place we were before.
