  1. So fucking creepy how that weirdo is directing Diego to wave at the camera in the intro. Like he’s a hostage in a cult. He needs to get farrr away from this dude.

Edit: if it even is that weirdo. My money is on it is indeed him.

  2. “It’s you and me against the world, Diego. You can’t TRUST them. They’re all out to get you. But I have your back, and you have my front, don’tcha buddy? Yeah. That’s right. We have one another.”

  3. this is fucking heart-breaking.
1:30 .. you can see it on his face just before he goes in to his explanation, he goes through all the emotions. he goes from rage to trying not to cry in about 2 seconds.

the whole us v them story he is running with here worries me…
Dont go down a rabbit hole Diego. I can bet you have seen some suspect shit too, but dont get it twisted. that dude youre running with is a fucking idiot. bless you DS .

  4. I can’t help but wonder why the hell he doesn’t already have a copy of everything? I don’t care who pays, what the injury/treatment was, where or when it happened… keep your own records people!!!
Side note, I’m a Physiologist, so not a MD, lawyer, or insurance rep. My advice is simply to ease the future grief that absolutely will occur if you don’t.

  5. Diego is the sheep. He is showcasing his school aged intellect and at times I felt like I was watching a scared little boy behind those eyes. I wish him nothing but the best but it’s time to hang up the gloves and go balls deep into the cult and expose it from the inside.

  6. If it was any other fighter with that prick Fabia as their manager, the UFC wouldn’t have paid him a penny and just released him right then and there. The only reason he got paid show and win is because Dana still has a soft spot for Diego being a TUF 1 alum and a legend of the sport, at the end of the day they could have just paid him show money for the fact that he completed his training camp. It’s sad but this is pretty much the end of the line for Diego in the UFC, and he can thank that piece of shit Fabia for it and blame no one but himself.

  7. this is depressing as hell to watch. I feel bad for the guy he’s dedicated his whole life to fighting in the ufc and to be cut before the fight is sad.

  8. This is ganna end up in a murder suicide isn’t it? Man I hope Diego finds happiness while fabia simultaneously gets Lou Gehrig’s disease.

  9. “My lawyer”… Fabia is the lawyer. He’s the coach, manager, lawyer, training partner, friend, tax guy etc… So sad. It’s insane right? Fabia has some real issues. If I were him and had most EVERYONE saying “what the hell is this?!” I’d maybe listen and get through my head that I’m the one acting out of line, not every one else… I just wonder what Bonnars thoughts are. He must be entrenched in it all too. Doesn’t seem as bad as fabia, but come on man. This has gone on way to long.

  10. I don’t understand what he means that they’re trying to “get whatever they can get” post his ufc career? Like that could mean they want to sue the ufc after for taking long term damage or something?

  11. Asking for his medicals at this time is like asking for a scanned copy of all your write ups in your career on your last day.
Only one reason you’d ask for them.
Your boss is going to hand you your last cheque and tell you to get the fuck out.

  12. The UFC is obviously really worried about his coach suing them for CTE since he requested all of Diego’s medical records. They’re doing Diego the favours here with a big send off fight at 100-100, if something seems fishy a public company isn’t going to let themselves get set up for a CTE lawsuit.

  13. So the UFC will pay him his show/win money and venum sponsorship money, seems like they really want him on their good side so he doesn’t try anything major against them. As ironclad as all their waivers may sound, an angry judge and a few more brain-damaged athletes could easily create a CTE class action lawsuit for them which they wouldn’t probably stand up to under scrutiny.

  14. Diego’s camp asked for his complete medical records from the UFC in the past. This scared the shit out of the UFC brass, as it obviously sounds like Diego’s camp was preparing for a lawsuit. So the UFC paid him for the fight and immediately cut him.

  15. I’m confused, do people really think that there’s something normal in trying to fish for a CTE lawsuit? As if CTE is somehow UFC’s fault. I’m not sure I get it.
